1. About this policy
This Privacy Policy describes how Tiberius AI LLC, doing business as Tiberius (“Tiberius,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, discloses, and retains personal information. It applies to tiberius.ai, Tiberius accounts, the Alfred operations platform, and the Tiberius Account Notifications text-messaging program.

2. Information we collect
Information you provide
- Account and profile information, such as name, email address, phone number, organization, role, and login information.
- Business and operational information you submit through Tiberius, such as customers, jobs, invoices, documents, workflow instructions, and support communications.
- SMS enrollment information, including the mobile number, consent choice, consent timestamp, source page, disclosure version, document versions, user agent, and—only if Tiberius expressly enables and documents it—request IP address.
Information collected automatically
- Device, browser, log, security, and usage information needed to operate, protect, diagnose, and improve the services.
- Approximate location inferred from an IP address where used for security or service operation, not precise location unless separately disclosed and requested.
Information from connected services
If an account owner authorizes an integration, Tiberius may receive information from that service according to the permissions granted. The integration’s provider also applies its own terms and privacy practices.
3. Why we use information
- Provide, maintain, secure, and troubleshoot Tiberius accounts and services.
- Authenticate users, enforce organization access, prevent abuse, and keep audit records.
- Process support requests and communicate about account, security, service, billing, and operational events.
- Maintain consent and suppression evidence for the Tiberius Account Notifications program.
- Comply with applicable obligations and protect Tiberius, its users, and others.
We do not use enrollment in the Tiberius Account Notifications program to send contractor-to-homeowner messages or unrelated marketing.
4. Mobile information and SMS consent
Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties, except service providers necessary to operate the messaging program. Those providers may process information only to provide messaging, hosting, security, consent-record, and related operational services to Tiberius.
Tiberius may use a mobile number and consent record to send first-party account and operational notifications. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
You may reply STOP to a Tiberius Account Notifications message to opt out. You may reply HELP for help. An opt-out request applies to this Tiberius messaging program; we may still contact you through non-SMS channels where permitted and necessary.
5. Service providers and disclosures
Tiberius may use service providers for cloud hosting, database services, authentication, communications delivery, monitoring, security, customer support, and payment processing. We provide them only the information reasonably needed to perform services for Tiberius and expect appropriate contractual or technical safeguards.
We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law or valid process, protect rights and safety, investigate abuse, or complete a business transaction subject to appropriate protections. We do not make unsupported promises that information can never be disclosed.
6. Retention and security
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, including account operation, security, recordkeeping, dispute resolution, and applicable legal obligations. We retain SMS consent, confirmation, delivery, and opt-out evidence for five years after the latest consent, message event, or opt-out, unless a longer period is required to comply with law or establish, exercise, or defend a legal claim. We retain the minimum information needed to honor suppression requests for at least the same five-year period. These records may remain after account closure for those limited purposes.
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No storage or transmission method is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Your choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of certain account information by contacting us, subject to verification and applicable exceptions. You can opt out of Tiberius Account Notifications by replying STOP. Browser and device controls may offer additional choices for cookies or similar technologies if those tools are used.
8. Children
Tiberius is intended for business users and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the Tiberius service.
9. Changes
We may update this policy to reflect service or legal changes. The effective date will identify the current version. Material changes may be communicated through an appropriate account or website notice.
