1. Tiberius Account Notifications
These SMS Terms apply to the Tiberius Account Notifications messaging program operated by Tiberius AI LLC, doing business as Tiberius.
The program sends non-marketing messages about a recipient’s Tiberius account or use of Tiberius services. Messages may include account status and security notices, service availability or maintenance notices, billing and subscription events, review or approval reminders, and operational workflow alerts requested through Tiberius.
The program does not authorize contractor-to-homeowner messages, promotional offers, or unrelated marketing.
2. Enrollment and consent
You enroll by entering your mobile number on the Tiberius SMS consent form and separately checking the unchecked box that describes the program. SMS consent is not bundled with general account acceptance and is not a condition of purchase.
By opting in, you confirm that you are authorized to enroll the number provided and agree to receive recurring automated text messages from Tiberius for the program described above. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
3. Opt out with STOP
Reply STOP to cancel at any time. After your request is processed, you may receive a final confirmation that you have been unsubscribed. No further program messages should be sent unless you later provide new consent.

5. Delivery and availability
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Tiberius and its messaging providers do not guarantee delivery, timing, or uninterrupted availability. Delivery can be affected by carrier networks, device settings, coverage, outages, number changes, and other factors outside Tiberius’s control.
The program may not be available on every carrier or device. You remain responsible for any messaging or data charges imposed by your wireless provider.
6. Your mobile number
You represent that you are the subscriber or customary user of the number you enroll. If you change, deactivate, or transfer the number, opt out first and notify Tiberius so the consent and suppression records can be handled appropriately.
7. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how Tiberius handles mobile information, opt-in evidence, service-provider processing, retention, and SMS opt-out rights.
8. Changes or termination
Tiberius may change or discontinue the program, subject to applicable requirements. If these terms change materially, Tiberius may provide notice through the website, account, or another appropriate channel. The effective date identifies the current terms.
