Do I need to learn an AI tool?

Start with a normal request, spoken or typed from your phone. Alfred asks for missing details and shows the next step. Some tasks need a connected business account or your approval.

What is the difference between the two plans?

Receptionist focuses on incoming calls and lead capture. Premium adds supported invoicing, marketing, booking, email and connected business workflows. Choose the work you need handled.

Does Alfred send things without asking?

Important actions, including invoice creation and sending, have review steps. Supported routine workflows can use the permissions you set. You stay in control of your business accounts and decisions.

Is there a free plan?

There is no ongoing free plan. Contact us to arrange a seven-day trial of your selected paid plan: $57/month for Receptionist or $369/month for Premium afterward. Exact dates, included usage and payment terms must be shown and agreed before enrollment.

Does Premium include my advertising budget?

Advertising spend is separate. Premium covers supported research, recommendations, ad copy and creative workflows within your agreed allowance. Google Ads account management is coming soon. Custom development and additional production are separately scoped.

Can Alfred work with QuickBooks?

Yes, supported invoice workflows use your connected QuickBooks account. You review the customer, invoice details and configured tax treatment, then separately approve creating and sending the invoice. A QuickBooks subscription is separate.
